How are your digital properties priced?
We valuate our properties primarily by the amount and type of content they contain.
For instance, a property that consists largely of video content, is going to be more costly (to create AND buy), than say…a blog with nothing but written content.
Written content is valued at $60 (US) per post, and most are between 800 and 1500 words.
Q. I noticed that some of your properties are listed for sale OR rent. What's that about?
A. You see, with ‘regular’ real estate, properties can be for sale or rent.
Here at The Digital Property Shop, we believe that your online business home should be available in much the same way that your brick and mortar business is. If you choose to rent one our properties, you do so on a monthly basis.

What Should I Expect at Closing?
Once you’ve decided which property you’d like to purchase, it’s all very simple. Just shoot us an email with the name of the property that you’d like to buy, and we’ll send you instructions from there.
How do you take payment?
We use an escrow service to facilitate payment of our digital properties.
Escrow.com is the world’s most secure payment method from a counterparty risk perspective – safeguarding both buyer and seller, all payments made using escrow are kept in trust.
It works like this:
1. Buyer and seller agree to terms
2. Buyer submits payment to Escrow
3. Seller (us) transfers digital property to buyer
4. Buyer approves digital property
5. Escrow releases payment to us
